In case of damage, the cost will have to be borne by the member as follows:
In case the product is repairable, only actual repair cost will be charged.
In case of missing parts, if the spares are available, only actual spare cost will be charged.
In case the product is beyond repair/spares are not available, depreciated cost of the toy will be charged and the toy will be given to the member.
The costs will be intimidated to the member by AppuWorld. Failure on part of the member to pay such cost will result in termination of membership and all fees paid by the member will be forfeited.
AppuWorld is not liable for any loss or damage whether direct or indirect, which occurs as a result of your use of the product and you will indemnify us against any claim by a third party in respect of any loss, damages, injury or liability arising out of this hiring or from the use of the item by or on behalf of you.
